The Nationwide Human Rights Fee (NHRC), India on Sunday issued notices to the Chief Secretary and the Director-Basic of Police, Uttar Pradesh and sought a report inside 4-weeks pertaining to media report of a rape of 13 years outdated woman by the in-charge of police station in Lalitpur district.
The Fee mentioned it has noticed that the contents of the media report, if true, quantity to human rights violation of the sufferer. Accordingly, it has issued notices to the Chief Secretary and the Director Basic of Police, Authorities of Uttar Pradesh calling for a report inside 4 weeks.

In the meantime the SP Chief, Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday reached Lalitpur to fulfill the sufferer and her members of the family. UP Congress too has despatched a delegation to Lalitpur.
