REC Restricted, a public infrastructure finance firm has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Council on Vitality, Surroundings and Water (CEEW) to collaborate on actions to enhance the operational and monetary sustainability of discoms by holistic deployment of good meters, strengthening of energy distribution networks and improved high quality of service for electrical energy customers.

The MoU was signed within the presence of R. Lakshmanan, Govt Director – REC Restricted, and Dr. Arunabha Ghosh, Chief Govt Officer – Council on Vitality, Surroundings and Water (CEEW).
