An afternoon after 3 labourers died in a septic tank adjoining to a public bathroom in Kandivali’s Ekta Nagar house whilst manually scavenging on Thursday, the Kandivali Police have arrested 3 individuals. Police stated that Sandan, who had employed the 4 labourers for the scavenging paintings, had fled from his locality after he learnt in regards to the incident.
