Mhow (Madhya Pradesh): A sarpanch candidate kidnapped one other candidate’s supporter from his home, took him to a abandoned farmhouse and beat him up in an intoxicated state.

On the criticism of the injured within the case, Simrol police have registered a case towards the sarpanch candidate of Kalakund panchayat underneath the Simrol police station and his associates concerned within the incident. The police have booked Wasim Khan father Abdul Gafoor resident Gunjara, Shailendra father Matavprasad Verma resident Ratvi, Mahendra father Ballu resident Bhanbardi, Rahul father Ballu, Raj Kohli, Shivnarayan for assault and issuing dying threats.

Complainant Ram Bharosa son of Parmeshwar Verma (46) resident Gunjara informed that Shailendra Verma and Wasim got here to their home at 3 pm on Wednesday and requested him to accompany them. He was taken to a non-public farmhouse exterior the village the place they consumed liquor. After this sarpanch candidate, Shailendra Verma requested him why he didn’t assist him which led to a heated argument between them. Verma alongside along with his associates Wasim, Mahendra, Raja and Shivnarayan, slapped, punched and kicked him. After this the accused began arguing amongst themselves. Profiting from this, the sufferer ran away, known as the relations and received himself handled.
