In a serious jolt to the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena, the Maharashtra Legislature Secretariat on Sunday has conveyed to insurgent chief Eknath Shinde, who’s now CM, that he’ll proceed to be the Shiv Sena Legislative Occasion chief and Bharat Gogawale because the chief whip.
