Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Some males carrying sticks entered a home and allegedly robbed a lady after attacking her within the Hira Nagar space on Saturday night. Nonetheless, the police have denied that any theft befell and stated the accused entered her home over a dispute together with her son. A case has been registered in opposition to 4 folks. They had been arrested by the police on Sunday evening.
The incident befell within the New Gauri Nagar space of the town round 7.30 pm on Saturday. The lady, Munnibai Chouhan, was alone at residence when 4 folks carrying sticks barged in. Two of them entered the home, whereas two had been on guard outdoors. The lady alleged that she was making tea within the kitchen and heard a noise from the corridor. Whereas she was popping out of the kitchen, the accused attacked her and broken some items.
The lady alleged that the accused robbed Rs 3 lakh from an almirah after attacking her with a pointy weapon. Nonetheless, the police stated she was attacked with a stick and never a knife.
S-I Swaraj Dabi, Hira Nagar police station-in-charge, stated the CCTVs of the world had been checked and it was discovered that two of the accused had entered the home and broken the products. He denied that any theft had taken place. Dabi stated the lady’s son had had an argument with the accused, following which they barged into her place, presumably, to take revenge. Her son had taken some cash from one of many accused a number of months in the past.
The accused—Rahul, Lakhan, Sandeep and Golu—had been arrested and booked beneath Part 459 of the IPC. Additional investigations within the case are underway.
