Indian Accommodations Corporate Ltd (IHCL) on Friday mentioned it has signed a control contract with Deepak Developers and Builders to arrange Vivanta resort in Nashik, Maharashtra, slated to open in 2023.

The 144-room Vivanta resort in Nashik is a brownfield undertaking and shall be a part of a mixed-use construction, IHCL mentioned in a commentary.

”The signing of this resort is in keeping with our imaginative and prescient of strengthening our presence in key markets throughout India. Nashik has at all times been an integral a part of India’s non secular tourism circuit and has developed to grow to be the most important commercial centre,” IHCL Govt Vice-President (Actual Property and Building) Suma Venkatesh mentioned.

Venkatesh added that with this, the corporate may have lodges throughout 3 of its manufacturers within the town. ”We’re overjoyed to spouse with Deepak Developers and Builders for this undertaking.”

The Vivanta resort shall be strategically positioned subsequent to the Nashik Highway and in shut proximity to the town’s IT zone in addition to the impending metro station at Dwarka Circle.
