Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Rail Land Growth Authority (RLDA) has leased out its 55,890 sq. metre land in Bhopal to M/s Samdariya Builders Personal Restricted, Jabalpur at Rs 33 crore.
Bhopal Railway Division will go for the re-development of the present Western Railway Colony, Bhopal in coordination with Rail Land Growth Authority (RLDA).
RLDA has accepted the proposal of M/s Samdariya Builders Personal Restricted, Jabalpur for 99 years on lease of railway land for the event of railway colony with grant in an space of ??about 55,890 sq/m with proposed value Rs 33 crore, in keeping with railway officers.
The annual lease for leased space is Rs 1 lakh each year and will likely be payable to Railway Land Growth Authority prematurely yearly.
The efficient date of cost of the annual lease lease shall start from the day instantly after execution of lease settlement. Initially it shall be paid for the remaining interval of the monetary 12 months and thereafter at first of every monetary 12 months (not later than April 10).
Advance cost will proceed to be made yearly until the tip of the interval. For this work all phrases and situations talked about within the settlement will likely be legitimate for each the events.
Divisional Railway Supervisor (DRM) Saurabh Bandyopadhyay stated that the event/re-development of the colony could be performed in a scientific method. The residents of the colony will likely be supplied with all crucial amenities together with a clear and nice atmosphere.
